Horizon was founded in 2022 in Dubai by Jose Luis Del Prim Marcen. Our roots are in business performance consulting — years spent working alongside companies to understand their costs, markets, financial plans and operations.
That experience shaped the way we think about investing. We look at companies from an operator's perspective, seeking to understand how a business really works, what drives its performance and where others may be overlooking value.
Today, Horizon invests its own capital independently and alongside trusted partners. We take a selective, hands-on approach and value long-term relationships built on trust and aligned interests.
Alongside our own investing, we provide consulting services to clients, including research and analysis on companies, industries and markets, and support for businesses seeking to improve performance and plan for sustainable growth.
