Jose Luis Del Prim Marcen
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jose Luis founded Horizon in Dubai in 2022 and brings more than 15 years of experience across industry, strategy consulting and investing. Before founding Horizon, he spent 12 years at Bain & Company, rising to Partner and advising clients across a wide range of industries in Europe, Latin America and Middle East.
He holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Parisa Habibi
HR DIRECTOR
Parisa brings more than a decade of experience at Amazon across commercial leadership and human resources. She served as Head of Softlines Marketplace Spain before moving into Amazon's Global Talent Management organisation as an HR Director, giving her broad experience in business growth, organisational development and talent strategy.
She holds an undergraduate degree from MIT and an MBA and MA through the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sheryl Fernandes
RESEARCH ANALYST
Sheryl brings more than six years of equity research experience across Indian and U.S. markets. At Horizon, she researches potential investments, builds financial and valuation models and helps monitor the portfolio. Before Horizon, she spent over four years at Reliance Securities in Mumbai, covering a range of sectors.
She holds an MBA in International Business from ITM University, Mumbai, including an international semester with ESSCA School of Management in Budapest and EM Normandie Business School in France.

Leonardo Alfani
INVESTMENT ANALYST
Leonardo brings experience across investment analysis, financial modelling and international brokerage. At Horizon, he analyses companies, builds valuation models and presents recommendations to the investment committee. Previously, he worked in trading at Capital Asset Exchange and supported commercial real estate due diligence at Reloft.
He holds an MSc in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and a BSc in Economics & Management from the University of Pisa.

Suresh Kumar
ACCOUNTANT
Suresh has led Horizon’s finance practice through Aurchid Accounting for the past three years. With over 30 years of experience, he spent a decade with the ITC Group in India before working with several audit firms across the UAE. In 2020, he established his own accounting firm, bringing extensive financial and accounting expertise to a diverse clientele spanning e-commerce, restaurants, real estate, and other sectors.
